Nancy Nairn joined the Welch & Co team, The Mortgage Professionals, in April of 2014. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team with over 20 years in the mortgage and financial industry. Nancy has the same focus on ensuring that the client’s needs and expectations are always surpassed, and her previous employment both as an agent and a banker have enabled her to do so with ease.

Nancy’s specialty lies in the more difficult client situations, being previously known as “if you have a tough deal, go to the second door on your left!” where she would develop a plan for “B” clientele to achieve their dream of home ownership or debt consolidation.

During her free time, Nancy enjoys her time on the lake in Westport and the company of her children and grandchildren. Nancy brings with her a candid, honest approach, with a great sense of humour, and fits in perfectly with her team!
